We appreciated the breakfast and the various facilities provided, making our stay a pleasant one.

One thing to note is that there was a phone missing from the room after our stay, but unfortunately, it was not addressed and led to a costly inconvenience.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the large screen TV and high-speed internet offered in our room. the location was also perfect for us to explore the area and attend local holiday events. the staff were friendly and always willing to help make our stay comfortable. We left a phone behind in our room and when we called the hotel after leaving, they claimed that the room had already been cleaned and there was no phone found. We strongly believe this is not true as we did not leave the car after departing the hotel.

There were no significant issues with our stay, however, we did experience a setback that impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, my husband left his phone in our room and we were already on our way out when he realised.
